Co-located at Linton Village Yass is a living community for 82 seniors who are provided with residential care or nursing home services. There is around-the-clock influence of nurses and care assistants.

Thomas Eccles Gardens is designed for people who need medical/rehabilitative care, restorative care, dementia care as well as those with mental health issues.

The type and amount of care a person receives is dependent on what is needed to maintain his or her lifestyle and includes assistance with basic activities of daily living (eating, bathing and grooming, toilet assistance, dressing, transport etc.) in which a resident may require help or supervision. Skilled care is provided for those who need medical or nursing care or rehabilitative services for the rehabilitation of injured, disabled or sick persons. Specialist dementia care accommodation gives residents the best quality life in a safe and supportive environment.

The living spaces include wide halls, lounges, reminiscence centres and nurse care areas. Residents live in single or partnership rooms, and shared community rooms for planned daily activities, socials and dining. Meals are prepared based on individual dietary needs.
