Catering for up to 83 residents, each room at Southern Plus East Fremantle features large ensuites, smart TV’s and built-in cabinets to create a home-like environment.
Premium rooms are also available with additional features including private balconies and expansive views of Fremantle, the Swan River and the Indian Ocean.
There’s always something happening in the shared activity areas with a lifestyle program packed with activities, entertainment, and events for our residents to enjoy.
Whether it’s joining an art session, spending time with our therapy dog, or watching a movie in the in-house movie theatre, residents can choose how and where they spend their time.
All our residents have individually tailored support and care with specially designed amenities for residents living with dementia.
