SwanCare Waminda

SwanCare’s Waminda Care Facility offers private and comfortable aged care and accommodation with all services tailored to each resident’s comfort and wellbeing. Residents are encouraged to remain in control of their lives in order to maintain a sense of independence with support provided as needed.

Each bedroom suite is fully air-conditioned and has a private ensuite with access to shared dining and recreation facilities. Residents are encouraged to personalise their bedrooms with mementoes and treasured items.

Each resident has their own personalised care plan that is created upon admission, with details of individual services required. The care plan is regularly updated to ensure that the appropriate care is being provided.

A wide range of social and recreational activities are offered to residents within the Bentley Park community.

Waminda Care Facility can also provide respite care.
