The home has 22 single bedrooms and one double room, all of which are equipped with ensuites, and has been designed specifically to cater to the needs of those requiring round-the-clock support, including individuals living with dementia. A dedicated team of experts works closely with residents and families to identify individual care requirements and tailors services to ensure residents’ wellbeing and comfort.
Uniting Taralga understand the importance of managing residents’ health, medication, and personal care needs, which is why they provide 24/7 support from a Registered Nurse, as well as access to various allied health professionals to address specific needs.
Whether residents are staying on a permanent basis or just for a short while, Uniting Taralga’s dedicated team takes the time to get to know each resident and support them in every way possible, committed to providing residents with personalised care that meets each individual’s unique needs and preferences.
