Liscombe House is a fully accredited aged care facility in Melbourne, offering a warm and homely environment where residents receive personalised care tailored to their needs. The facility provides private, comfortable rooms that ensure each resident has a space they can call their own. With a strong focus on delivering individualised support, Liscombe House caters to a wide range of care needs, including respite care and dementia-specific care.

CaSPA’s Emerald Hill Residence is located on the site of the old St Vincent’s Boys Home in the quiet leafy suburb of South Melbourne. It is designed over four levels and provides care and accommodation to 146 residents. 

Nestled in the beautiful leafy surrounds of Lower Templestowe, just 17kms North East of Melbourne CBD. Residents are surrounded by local parks, sporting grounds and clubs. For absolute convenience, our neighbourhood shopping hubs include Doncaster Shoppingtown and the Pines shopping centre.

CaSPA Care has two community based organisations, Claremont Home and South Port Nursing Home. The two facilities have been providing residential aged care for a long time, Claremont has provided care for over 50 years and South Port has provided care for over 30 years.

Since opening in December 2020 Kew SRS began a movement to champion quality of life for all seniors as a resident-centered environment, with their new approach to senior care, 

Hawthorn’s Victoria Gardens is a 31-bed Supported Residential Service (SRS) facility located in the heart of Hawthorn, Victoria. Known for its warm and welcoming environment, the facility provides personalised care and support to residents, ensuring comfort and a sense of community. The accommodation includes private and shared rooms designed to cater to individual preferences, with well-maintained communal areas that foster social interaction and engagement.  

South Port is a high care residential aged care facility located on the border of Gasworks Art Park in Albert Park. It was established in 1981, as a result of a great community effort and still retains a role as a community hub.

Chatsworth Terrace is a Supported Residential Service (SRS) located in Lower Plenty, VIC, providing essential care and accommodation for individuals who need additional support in their daily lives. This facility offers a comfortable and secure environment where residents can receive the personalised care they need to maintain their well-being and independence. Chatsworth Terrace focuses on delivering tailored support services, including assistance with daily living activities, personal care, and social engagement, ensuring that each resident’s unique needs are met.

Nestled in the hills of Southeast Melbourne, Templestowe Views Care Community (formally BlueCross Ashby) offers expansive views of the Yarra Ranges and peaceful suburban surrounds.
