The house is within easy reach of local shops, parklands and public transport. ach bedroom suite is filled with natural light and opens out onto landscaped gardens or stunning views from a balcony. Each suite has a private sitting area with a kitchenette, separate bedroom with a private ensuite bathroom, reverse cycle air-conditioning and a ceiling fan.

Regents Garden – Scarborough Condocare is a luxury aged care residence located in the heart of Scarborough WA, close to the beach, shops, cafes and other local attractions. MYVISTA is a not-for-profit aged care home located in the beautiful residential suburb of Balcatta, just north of Perth’s CBD. Accommodation for 102 residents is provided in spacious and well-appointed private bedrooms. Each bedroom features its own ensuite bathroom.

Amana Living – Lady McCusker Home is located in the beautiful coastal suburb of Duncraig, just north of Perth’s CBD. The home is close to shops, public transport and parklands. Each bedroom is bright and airy and features a private ensuite bathroom. The home is divided into five separate houses to create a more intimate feel. Each house has 10 bedrooms plus a dining room, lounge area and family area. Beautiful works of art are displayed throughout the home.
