BaptistCare Silver Vines retirement village for over 55’s provides independent living with the security and privacy of a small community. Our village is perfect for those looking for a tree change, giving you the chance to escape busy city life to retire in the beautiful natural surroundings of Margaret River.

Situated in Australia’s beautiful South West region, and with villas currently available, this is the perfect place to start your retirement.

We are also located close to the town centre and all shops and services.

Our complex comprises of 52 independent living villas, 38 which are for purchase and 14 which are rentals. These modern and spacious villas include two bedrooms, including a master bedroom, bathrooms, additional toilet and vanity, a study, laundry with storage, a garden and outdoor area.

Each villa includes reverse-cycle air-conditioning and quality fittings and fixtures, they also boast an open-plan living design that looks onto a private covered outdoor area and garden.

Each villa is equipped with a 24-hour emergency call button, offering peace of mind and security for residents and their families. Residents also have access to an external drying area, lock-up garage and gated security.
