BaptistCare William Carey Court Village

450 Bussell Hwy, Busselton, Western Australia, 6280

Part of BaptistCare Retirement Living

At BaptistCare William Carey Court each independent villa includes parking and a private lockable store room. We are close to the beaches, golf course and more great facilities for your enjoyment – plus social activities are held regularly in our own community centre. So if you’re looking for a sea change, enjoy your golden years by the sunny Western Australian coast at William Carey Court.

The retirement village consists of 19 villa-style homes, each villa is a single story and contains two bedrooms, kitchen, laundry, bathroom, dining room and a lounge room. Residents also have access to a private lockable storeroom and undercover parking for one vehicle. Additionally there is a reverse cycle air-conditioning system installed in each villa, a private courtyard and security system for residents’ peace of mind.

We are ideally located adjacent to a state-of-the-art, 99 bed aged care facility. Therefore if you reach a point where you need more professional nursing care, you won’t have to leave your community or be far from home to get the care you need.

William Carey Court has a strong sense of community and companionship. Our residents continue to engage in their regular lifestyle activities such as shopping, gardening and entertaining – but without having to worry about repairs or maintenance, which are instead taken care of as part of the village services.

Our community centre is where residents are able to engage in social activities, as well as have access to facilities such as:

  • A meeting room
  • Lounge area
  • Outdoor barbecue and alfresco area
  • Library
  • Kitchen

We are located in the popular holiday destination of Busselton, just south of Perth. You’ll find that we’re close by to many local attractions, including the Dunsborough Lakes Resort Golf Course, Mundalay Beach and Geograph Bay. As a resident, you’ll also be close to theatres, cafes and other recreational facilities in town.
