Nestled among 20 acres of well-maintained gardens, Meadowvale enjoys views across to Western Port Bay. Pakenham’s shopping centres, sports and social club, and restaurants are all conveniently located nearby.

At Meadowvale you can choose from a range of beautiful 1 and 2 bedroom villas, as well as ‘Mews’ style 2 bedroom units and 1 and 2 bedroom serviced apartments. Some also enjoy the views of the surrounding area.

The units include designer kitchens and bathrooms, as well as private courtyards. Serviced apartments take care of the cooking, cleaning and heavy laundry. All meals are prepared daily, with a variety of delicious and nutritious offerings. Once a week, our friendly team clean your apartment and change your bed sheets and towels.

The modern Community Centre at Meadowvale features a main hall with open fireplace, community dining room and coffee lounge, library and computer room with internet access, convenience store, billiards room, bowling green, craft room, outdoor barbecue area, hairdressing salon and consulting rooms for visiting health care professionals. Regular activities include aerobics and exercise classes, computer classes, genealogy classes, bridge club and much more.

Services available to all village residents include a village bus service for the transportation of residents to the local shops, cleaning, lighting, air conditioning and heating of the community areas and facilities at the village, lawn mowing, landscaping and gardening at the village, repairs and maintenance of the exterior of the units in the village and repairs and day to day maintenance necessary to keep the village in good order and condition.

  • Hate Speech: We do not allow reviews that advocate against people based on their ethnic origin, religion, gender, disability, sexual orientation or age.
