Menzies Malvern offer spacious, modern and low maintenance apartments for retirees. You’ll find a luxurious apartment with plenty of space for entertaining family and friends when they visit, a dinner party of eight people can easily be arranged in your spacious dining room.

The kitchens are stylish and complete with modern stainless steel appliances and caesar stone bench tops, however if you would prefer a professional caterer that can be arrange through Management.

We have qualified emergency response staff on site 24 hours a day for additional security and peace of mind.

Menzies is located in the heart of Malvern and in one of Malvern’s most fashionable streets. You’ll find a range of boutiques, cafes, specialty stores as well as necessary amenities including supermarkets, pharmacies, public transport (including trams and trains) and major supermarkets and chain stores.
