At Gillin Park, we’re less than two kilometres to the local supermarket and shopping centre, making us well-centred in terms of shopping and amenities. Warrnambool’s town centre is around five kilometres away, giving you easy access to its thriving retail hub.

You’ll find the area provides plenty of opportunities for walks and picnics, with several parks and nature reserves in the area. If you fancy a leisurely round of golf, the Deakin University golf club is right across the road.

When the grandkids come to visit, you can play at the beach or take them fishing to the rivers and lakes.
