You’ll be pleased to know that these features have been incorporated into every home in Mernda.

It’s always nice to have extra space for your odds and ends, which is why storage is a prominent feature of our homes. We have multiple storage areas in the bathroom, a linen press and bathroom cupboard, plenty of easy-to-reach pantry space and room for more than just one car in the garage.

Our kitchen benchtops are made from stone, making them easy to clean. Another feature is handles on doors and cupboards so they are easier to grip and operate.

Facilities

We offer a number of outdoor facilities onsite such as a BBQ entertainment area, so you can enjoy a get-together with the neighbours, or friends or family, without having to leave home.

We also have features such as a bowling green and men’s shed.

Location

In Mernda, you’re surrounded by natural beauty but not far from the conveniences you would expect of modern life. In fact we are just across the road from the Mernda Village Medical & Dental Centre, Mernda Village Shopping Centre, a Woolworths and specialty shops.

There are recreational and leisure facilities in the area including a number of golf courses, Westfield Plenty Valley, Epping Plaza and Yan Yean Reservoir Park.

Public transport is accessible just outside the community.
