Our Homes
Accommodation Options
Our independent living units are pet friendly and self-contained. An emergency after-hours maintenance service is also available.
There are 1-3 bedroom units available, some include built-in robes. The homes include features such as air-conditioning, modern kitchen facilities, open-plan living and dining and generously sized bedrooms.
Resident Funded Entry Contribution Units
All UnitingSA independent living units require residents to pay an affordable, one-off ‘entry contribution’ that enables them to live in a unit for the rest of their life or until they decide to leave.
This payment amount varies between retirement village locations.
2-3 bedroom units require an entry contribution payment of:
Price on Application - West Lakes Shore (McCutcheon Grove, 2 bedroom)
*This contribution amount excludes a fortnightly maintenance fee that is pre-determined by UnitingSA and payable by the resident for the duration of tenancy.
Our residents pay an affordable, fortnightly maintenance fee to keep our village clean and tidy. The fee covers expenses such as building insurance, council rates, major home repairs and general maintenance for the building and grounds.

We are conveniently close to public transport routes, shopping and medical services and churches.
