At Willason Grove we have 16 affordable independent living units available, all with one bedroom.
You’ll find our independent living units are modern and spacious and generally pet-friendly (pets are welcome subject to village approval).

Our retirement village is located close to public transport, so it’s easy to get out and about to maintain your independence.
You’ll find churches, medical services and shopping facilities all close by.
Village Life
It’s easy to maintain your community connections and friendships with our friendly staff, who assist residents by linking them up to local health services and networks.
We also have a lifestyle and leisure program onsite, to keep our residents happy, active and healthy. Our activities include shopping trips, arts and crafts work, walking groups, fun games such as bingo – the list is endless!
To maintain the village our residents pay an affordable, fortnightly maintenance fee. This fee helps cover costs such as major home repairs, general building and grounds maintenance, insurance and council rates.
We also have an emergency after-hours maintenance service available.
