Accommodation Options
Our low maintenance homes are self-contained and pet friendly. The homes feature spacious open-plan living and dining, reverse cycle air conditioning, generous 1-3 bedrooms (some with built-in robes) and modern facilities.
All UnitingSA independent living units require residents to pay an affordable, one-off ‘entry contribution’ that enables them to live in the unit for the rest of their life or until they decided to leave.
An affordable maintenance fee is charged to residents fortnightly to keep our village clean and tidy. This fee goes towards costs such as council rates, major home repairs, grounds maintenance, general building maintenance and building insurance.
