Our dedicated Care Partners work with you from the beginning to ensure services you receive are personalised and affordable. Then you can leave it to our trustworthy team of carers, nurses and allied health professionals to deliver a high-quality service, always with a smile.
Firstly, you’ll need to arrange an Aged Care Assessment through My Aged Care (a government service). This assessment will determine the level of support and funding you can receive. After you’ve been assessed, get in touch with our team who will ensure you can get the supports you want and need, just the way you like them.
If you’re not eligible for government funding, we also offer flexible self-funded services.
We understand it can be complex. But there’s no need to worry — we are here to guide you through the process.
We are proud providers of Support at Home (Home Care Packages) and the Commonwealth Home Support Programme (CHSP).
Supports we offer include:
We offer in-home or residential Respite Care and Transition Care to help you settle back into home after a hospital stay.
Our Wellbeing and Social Connection Groups can help you stay engaged with your community and participate in a diverse range of activities.
