Programs and services can be purchased as group based, one to one care or as a combination of both. The Eastern Metro Care Packages Project, based in Clayton South, VIC, offers a vital support service for older adults in the region. This initiative provides tailored Home Care Packages designed to meet the individual needs of each client, promoting their ability to live independently while remaining in their own homes. 

Trefoil Care Services provides nursing services, rehabilitation, disability care, aged care, personal care and home help services to health care organisations and clients in private homes.

Moyne Health Services is a recognised leader of Aged Care services with a 10-year history of providing Home Care Packages in the Moyne region.
