Capecare Dunsborough will be the first residential care facility for the rapidly-growing Dunsborough community. Due to open in mid 2021, residents will enjoy an environment designed with them in mind.
Capecare Dunsborough’s residential facility will feature plenty of natural light and fresh air. Each bedroom is positioned around central courtyards and many have bay windows.
Innovative design and technology will help to create an appealing and vibrant community hub, in harmony with the natural environment, connecting residents with the wider Dunsborough community and enabling them to live well as they age.
The complex will have a cafe, cinema room and adaptable public open space with an all-ages recreation area, perfect for family gatherings.
Located within easy walking distance to the town centre, shops, cafés, medical facilities, Country Club and Geographe Bay, Capecare Dunsborough is nestled in a natural environment that will maximise the availability of outdoor space and overlook the adjacent nature reserve.
