Darebin, Merri and Grandview
Nursing Care at Darebin, Merri and Grandview is provided in a pleasant, homelike environment at a central location in Thornbury.
The three levels within the home accommodate 90 residents in private single bedrooms with their own ensuites. The allocation of rooms is determined by the Manager of Residential Care Services, who takes into account various factors and individual needs. There is a rich lifestyle & leisure program tailored to the residents’ cultural needs. There are communal areas located throughout the home including lounges, dining rooms, activities area, a large secured courtyard and a landscaped garden, kitchen and laundry.
Anesi Memory Support Unit
The Anesi Memory Support Unit provides care to Greek elderly people who suffer from dementia. There is a strong emphasis on structure and validation, as well as on the Greek culture including food, support, language and activities. Each resident in the Anesi Memory Support Unit has their own bedroom and access to a shared ensuite a secured courtyard and a landscaped garden.

Jenny Mikakos, Minister for Families and Children and Mr Robin Scott, Minister for Finance and Multicultural Affairs made the announcement at the organisation’s 120 bed aged are residence in Thornbury.
