Located near beautiful beaches on the South Coast, IRT Five Islands Aged Care Centre is situated within the quiet residential suburb of Five Islands, NSW. You’ll be tucked away from the hustle and bustle yet still within close proximity to shops, cafes and medical services for maximum convenience.

Our modern aged care centre provides professional, personalised care with experienced staff on hand 24/7, ensuring you’re comfortable, well cared for and connected with family and friends. 

Choose from a range of studios, or experience specialised palliative or dementia care in a secure environment. Each room comes complete with an ensuite, kitchenette and essential furniture, including a bed. For extra comfort, we also encourage our residents to personalise the suite with some of their own furniture and belongings to make it feel like home. Everything about IRT Five Islands has been designed to make you as comfortable and welcome as possible.

  • Spam Content: Please no spam. Reviews should be a genuine reflection of your experience with an aged care provider. Do not include promotional content or advertising in any form. Duplicate material will not be accepted.
