Part of IRT
IRT Sarah Claydon Aged Care Centre is located within the cultural town of Milton on the NSW South Coast. This delightful small town boasts a colourful range of shops, cafes and galleries, as well as a hospital, all just a short stroll away from our aged care centre. All other amenities and services are only a five-minute drive away in the neighbouring harbour town of Ulladulla, with the beautiful beaches of Mollymook just a couple of minutes further along the coast.
IRT Sarah Claydon is a modern aged care centre that provides professional, personalised care with experienced staff on hand 24/7, ensuring you’re comfortable, well cared for and connected with family and friends.
Choose from a range of elegantly designed private or shared suites, or receive specialised dementia and palliative care in a secure environment. Each room comes complete with essential furniture, including a HiLo bed, wardrobe and emergency call button. For extra comfort, we also encourage our residents to personalise the suite with some of their own furniture and belongings to make it feel like home.
