Hawthorn’s Victoria Gardens is a 31-bed Supported Residential Service (SRS) facility located in the heart of Hawthorn, Victoria. South Port is a high care residential aged care facility located on the border of Gasworks Art Park in Albert Park. It was established in 1981, as a result of a great community effort and still retains a role as a community hub.
