Our respite care—available hourly or daily—offers meaningful engagement for clients through group outings, social activities, and local events, all tailored to individual interests. Meanwhile, carers benefit from a well-earned break knowing their loved ones are in expert hands.

We also provide domestic assistance to help individuals live independently in their own homes, and in-home respite for short-term care, including personal hygiene support and meal prep.

For eligible clients, we offer basic home maintenance through the Commonwealth Home Support Program, helping to maintain a safe living environment.

Supporting carers is core to our approach. Our Carer Support Group Meetings, education sessions, telephone support, and Dementia Help Line ensure carers are never alone.

We welcome referrals from families, GPs, nurses, and community members. Alzheimer’s Queensland can guide you through the My Aged Care process with care and ease.

  • Off-topic reviews: Do not post reviews based on a third party experience, they must be your own. Our reviews are not a forum for general political or social commentary or personal rants.
  • Impersonation: Do not post reviews on behalf of other people or misrepresent your identity or connection with the aged care provider you are reviewing.
  • Language: Do not use offensive, profane, or obscene language. We will remove reviews that represent personal attacks.

  • Hate Speech: We do not allow reviews that advocate against people based on their ethnic origin, religion, gender, disability, sexual orientation or age.
  • Aged Care Reviews is not a complaints system. Reviews must be fair and reasonable. Any defamatory statements reflecting a personal experience that has not yet been taken up with the respective provider will not be accepted.
