AQ Rosalie Nursing Care Centre is a unique female only aged care secure accommodation facility for residents with dementia. Offering a safe and friendly environment, with views of the surrounding rolling hills and lush gardens, the residence is located within easy access to Paddington.
At our AQ Rosalie Nursing Care Centre, we create a residence where you and or your loved one will feel empowered, valued, connected, and independent.
AQ offers compassionate assistance, support, and specialised care to keep you actively and socially engaged within your local community. We have proudly operated our secure 40-bed female only accommodation for residents with dementia since 1999. Conveniently located, AQ Rosalie Nursing Care Centre is within easy access to Paddington.
AQ Rosalie Nursing Care Centre rooms, with communal shared bathrooms, feature picturesque garden or hillside views along with an abundance of natural light and fresh air throughout the residence. You or your loved one can choose to enjoy personal time or engage in social activities in
the outdoor areas, with comfortable seating and garden beds, or the verandas with one conveniently adjacent to the large lounge.
Everyday familiar activities are incorporated into our unique lifestyle program that offers a range of group and individual activities for residents to choose from including cooking, music programs, pet therapy, art appreciation, art classes, and flexibility and fitness sessions.
AQ also provides wellness and reablement programs and allied health services including physiotherapy, exercise physiology, occupational therapy, music therapy, and more. Our one-on-one and group services are tailored to meet your individual needs and provide practical knowledge, skills, treatment, and programs.
All residents benefit from our staff’s knowledge, skills, and expertise in dementia care. AQ provides regular training to ensure skills are maintained and the care provided reflects our underlying philosophy valuing our individual residents’ choices. A registered nurse is on site 24/7 to support complex care and medical needs of residents.

Single Room
Rooms have an abundance of natural light and ventilation and offers views of the surrounding garden and community. Shared bathrooms are fully accessible for care equipment and support at all levels. Accommodation comes with height adjustable debs, bedside tale, safety sensor systems, built in wardrobe, awarding winning homestyle cooking, and 24-hour care staff.
