Dorothy Boyt House is a residential aged care home that overlooks Malabar Beach and is only 12km southeast of central Sydney. It has been designed over two floors with rooms on level 1 enjoying panoramic views of the city and coast.

Each floor has its own lounge area and dining room with level 1 also featuring a large verandah. It has accommodation for 62 residents with a mix of shared and single rooms some with a private ensuite and ocean view.

The outdoor spaces on the top level have views overlooking the beach and surrounding greenery.

Constructed over two levels, person-centred care is at the forefront of this home’s design with private en suite bathrooms, in top level rooms, care within dedicated groups and open-plan spaces. The village bus is available for outings and shopping trips for residents to maintain their independence.

Dorothy Boyt House has a dedicated lifestyle team to provide regular activities for residents. This team also facilitates our Rhythm of Life® program, giving residents a choice in how they spend their day from meals to activities, outings and more.
