Newmarch House is a residential aged care home located in the beautiful Nepean Valley, adjacent to Anglicare’s Caddens retirement village. It is 1.8km from Nepean Public Hospital and local shops are within a 2.5km radius, accessible via car, bus or walking.

Thoughtfully designed, this home incorporates wide hallways, plenty of natural light and access to outdoor terraces, creating a roomy and relaxed atmosphere. With accommodation for 102 residents, there are three connected buildings, and every room has its own private ensuite.

The innovative building design means residents have access to a range of recreational, social and health services within areas which encourages a neighbourhood feel.

Person-centred care is at the forefront of this home’s design with private en suite bathrooms, care within dedicated groups, and spaces for memory support, respite and palliative care. The wide hallways, natural light and access to the outdoor terraces provides a relaxed atmosphere.

Newmarch House has a dedicated lifestyle team to provide regular activities for residents. This team also facilitates our Rhythm of Life® program, giving residents a choice in how they spend their day from meals to activities, outings and more.
