HillView Ashmore is a centrally located premium aged care community nestled amongst the trees directly behind Southport and Surfers Paradise. We are across the road from Ashmore Plaza Shopping Centre and close to many of the Coast’s attractions.
The colonial inspired 40 bed community feels just like a small country hotel. HillView resident John Taylor and his wife Carole celebrated their 58th Wedding Anniversary last month! Due to our current voluntary lockdown status, Carole wasn’t able to spend time with John in person, but they were definitely together in spirit.
COVID-19 UPDATE FROM HILLVIEW CARE MANAGEMENT
We have been monitoring the spread of Coronavirus (COVID-19) within Australia and throughout the world since we first became aware of the pandemic, and have been proactive in implementing procedures and measures which have been instrumental in keeping COVID-19 out of our facilities.
It's been all about furry friends at HillView recently, with residents being treated to a special pet therapy session in July. During the pet therapy session put on by Harmony Hooves, residents were able to get up close and personal with a herd of ponies, dogs, goats, chickens and other farm animals.

Hillview's Ashmore Aged Care Residence has undergone a beautiful transformation. The brand new redesign includes a new alfresco area for residents and their loved ones to enjoy, along with additional shaded areas and outdoor furnishings.
Both staff and residents at HillView’s aged care communities come from a variety of different countries. This diversity was recently celebrated with a ‘Multicultural Week’ where residents explored different cultures and enjoyed cuisines from all over the world.
