Aged Care Online

HillView

PO Box 4185 Ashmore, Ashmore, Queensland, 4214

HillView provides the highest standard of aged care, in a friendly and progressive environment that has been designed to make our residents feel right at home.

Our extra service communities at Merrimac and Ashmore cater for all aged care needs, including residential care, respite care, secure dementia care and palliative care. This range of expertise combined with 24 hour on-site nursing care, enables HillView to continue to care for your loved one, even as their care needs change.

HillView is privately owned by a medical specialist who understands first hand how to deliver excellence in care and respond to changing needs.  This flexibility allows HillView to run a highly effective staffing mix that delivers excellent service to our residents, their families and medical teams.

The HillView team comprises carefully selected, highly qualified and regularly trained staff who are loyal and genuinely passionate about caring for others.  They form strong bonds with our residents and take a very respectful and personalised approach to care, focusing on what’s best for each individual.

Of utmost importance is the dignity and independence of our residents.  They have lots of choice about how they are cared for and supported, just like they would have if they were in their own home.  Medication is given in the privacy of their room and the care team enable each resident to remain as independent as possible.

The care team is diverse.  We have staff of different genders, age groups and cultural backgrounds.  This brings richness and vibrancy to our HillView family.

Families regularly comment on how their loved one has flourished under our care. We attribute this to our nutritious food, our close monitoring of resident care needs and medication management, plus the positive impact that added companionship and activity has on our residents.
