Kingfisher Building - Single room with ensuite 

Rooms in the King Fisher wing provide secure accommodation for residents living with dementia.

There are two dining rooms per floor (40m2 each), in good condition and modern. There is also a servery and kitchenette in the dining rooms.

There are two lounge rooms on each floor and these are used for activities. 

This area also features an attractive secure outdoor area.

Forest Glen Building - Single room with Private Ensuite

Some rooms are semi-secure, suitable for some residents living with dementia.

There are two dining rooms per floor (40m2 each), in good condition and modern. Servery and kitchenette in dining rooms, and two lounge rooms on each floor, used for activities
This area also features an attractive secure outdoor area.

South Building - Single room with private ensuite

There is one dining room in this area (80 sqm), in good condition, modern with natural light. There is also a servery adjacent to the main kitchen.

The dining room is large enough so that part of it is used for activities. 

West Building - Single room with private ensuite

A private ensuite (4.6-5.0 sqm). Bathrooms are modern and spacious with handrails and call bell.

Some rooms have a balcony (1.1 - 2.1sqm)

Park View 1 - Single room with private ensuite

There are two dining rooms on each level (44 sqm each) and access to the main dining room.  All are in good condition, are modern and have  natural light. There is a servery in the main dining room and the four smaller dining rooms, and a kitchenette. There is an activity area in the community centre linked to Park View as well as four sitting rooms which are part of the four dining rooms (25m2 each) This area is designed to be homely with plenty of access to the outdoors.

St Anne's Wing - Couples room with ensuite

This room is suitable for couples and is priced per person.
