Accommodating 60 residents, we offer a variety of room options, including single, two-bed, and multi-bed configurations, ensuring comfort and choice for every individual. The facility is designed to create a warm, inviting environment where residents can socialise, relax, and enjoy stunning ocean views from the top floor.
Our residents have access to a range of thoughtfully designed spaces to enhance their living experience. Cosy lounge and dining areas allow residents to interact with each other and enjoy ocean views from the top floor. All rooms are beautifully appointed and residents can enjoy alfresco dining in the lovely courtyards.
From nutritious and tasty food designed by our dietitian and prepared on site to on-site hairdressing services and laundry, all aspects of care are thoughtfully delivered. SummitCare Waverley is close to public transport and shopping, making it easy for residents and their families to get out and about.
Residents can enjoy organised recreational activities such as scenic drives, barbecues, bowls and bingo, together with art therapy and pet therapy.
The wellbeing of the residents is our focus. Services are available from specialists such as optometrists, podiatrists and audiologists, and SummitCare Waverley has partnered with experts to create our popular mobility and exercise program.
SummitCare Waverley prides itself on the professional calibre of its staff, who attend regular education sessions to ensure high levels of service delivery that far exceed the required standards.

The ground floor features a bright sunroom (24.2m²) with bifold doors leading to a BBQ area, a spacious lounge and dining room (73.088m²) equipped with dining tables, chairs, a kitchenette, a fridge, and a TV, as well as a covered outdoor area (132m²) with comfortable furniture. The beautifully landscaped front garden (115.042m²) and side garden (156m²) with BBQ facilities provide serene spots for outdoor activities.
Upstairs, the first floor offers a cosy sunroom (26.49m²) with lounge chairs and coffee tables, a dining and lounge room (72.96m²) with similar amenities to the ground floor, and a comfortable lounge area (46.74m²) for relaxation.
Single Room
Our rooms, ranging from 8-10m², offer a well-appointed living space with a single bed, a spacious wardrobe, and a comfortable chair. Each room is thoughtfully equipped with a side locker, an overbed table, TV facilities, an overbed light, and air conditioning. For added safety and peace of mind, a nurse call system is included. Single Deluxe Room with Ensuite
This 21m² room features a king single bed, a spacious wardrobe, and two comfortable lounge chairs. It includes a kitchenette with tea-making facilities and a kettle for added convenience. The room is equipped with a side locker, an overbed table, a 55-inch TV, an overbed light, and air conditioning. Enjoy stunning ocean views and a modern ensuite. A nurse call system ensures safety and peace of mind, providing a comfortable and well-appointed living environment.
Twin Room
These rooms range from 16-32m², and offer a well-designed living space featuring a single bed, a spacious wardrobe, and comfortable chairs. It includes a side locker and an overbed table for added convenience. The rooms are equipped with air conditioning and TV facilities to enhance your comfort and relaxation. This thoughtfully appointed room combines practicality with modern amenities, providing a welcoming environment for a pleasant and enjoyable living experience.
