Spurway Community is a 30 bed aged care facility constructed as 3 modern style cottages, each cottage promotes a home-like environment, with a lounge, dining room and kitchenette.

Clovelly Cottage in Boronia is a residential care facility designed to provide high-quality, personalised care in a warm and supportive environment. Rosstown Community is a 53 bed facility with 27 rooms downstairs and 27 rooms on the first floor, easily accessible by elevator. The rooms all have a private ensuite the average room size is 17 square meters excluding the ensuite.

VMCH John R Hannah is a supportive aged care facility located in Mulgrave in the local parish of St John Vianney. The facility is named after the parish priest who was largely responsible for its foundation.
