Located in Hawthorn, Hawthorn Grange is a family owned and operated aged care residence, offering personalised residential care and respite care in a supportive, respectful, and home-like environment. Each resident receives high quality 24-hour personalised care, with an individual support plan established in consultation with family and health professionals.
