Communal spaces include a dining room, lounge area, kitchen with additional dining capacity, computer facilities, laundry, and courtyard. Residents can also access outdoor smoking areas and exercise equipment, promoting a balanced and active lifestyle. The thoughtful design of Hamer Court creates a sense of community while respecting each individual’s privacy and independence.  

Located in Ashburton, Iris Manor is a family owned and operated aged care residence, offering personalised residential care and respite care in a supportive, respectful, and home-like environment. Residents receive around the clock care in their own private, secure, and well-appointed room with ensuite.

Rosewood Gardens is a family owned and operated aged care residence located in Ashburton.  The residence is a modern and purpose built home for the elderly who want to maintain their independence, but may need a little care, companionship and security. Rosewood Gardens is also a registered NDIS and Home Care Package provider. No RAD or DAP payments - just reasonable weekly fees.
