This residence opened in February 2019 and the beautiful interiors and courtyards bring the natural surroundings from outside to inside. Arcare Springwood is now accepting applications for government supported accommodation at our brand new 5-star aged care community. Arcare Springwood has multiple private suites each with their own ensuite and either a verandah or courtyard access. Arcare Springwood offers permanent accommodation and respite accommodation.

Our relationship-focused approach to celebrating and supporting old age is not only unique to Arcare, it’s also considered by aged care experts globally to be at the forefront of elder-care.
One of the most important ways of supporting the development of these relationships is our internationally recognised Dedicated Staff Assignment, which we won a 2015 Better Practice Award from the Australian Aged Quality Agency.
Arcare’s Dedicated Staff Assignment involves all staff committing to work regular shifts with exactly the same small group of residents every time they come to work.

To celebrate Aged Care Employee Day, Arcare Aged Care hosted events across their 47 aged care residences in New South Wales, Queensland and Victoria by recognising long service team members and announcing the inaugural Star Awards nominations.
Arcare Springwood celebrated their 1st birthday with a huge crowd of happy clients, families and team members. The first clients to move in, Malcolm Bray and Maureen Chakalos were invited to cut the cake as everyone burst out in song to sing ‘Happy Birthday’. The residence’s oldest client at 100 years old, Edna Young was also there to celebrate this milestone. There were smiles and laughter as team members passed around birthday cake and clients placed colourful party hats on their heads.
