On Oaks Day, 9 November, Arcare Burnside held its own Fashion on the Field and hat parade for residents. 32 residents attended the parade and 16 walked the catwalk and showed off their hats that they had decorated the week before.
To celebrate Aged Care Employee Day, Arcare Aged Care hosted events across their 47 aged care residences in New South Wales, Queensland and Victoria by recognising long service team members and announcing the inaugural Star Awards nominations.
Live music and soulful singing could be heard echoing through the hallways of Arcare Burnside on 27th April, as Paul Gillett’s Big Band Day In performed alongside residents for a special musical performance.
