Dedicated Staff Assignment
Our relationship-focused approach to celebrating and supporting old age is not only unique to Arcare, it’s also considered by aged care experts globally to be at the forefront of elder-care.
One of the most important ways of supporting the development of these relationships is our internationally recognised Dedicated Staff Assignment, which we won a 2015 Better Practice Award from the Australian Aged Quality Agency.
Arcare’s Dedicated Staff Assignment involves all staff committing to work regular shifts with exactly the same small group of residents every time they come to work.

Premiere
These spacious suites receive abundant natural light through large sliding doors with access to garden or courtyard. Extensive cabinetry including either a desk or mini-kitchenette, fridge and TV. All suites include a private ensuite.

Premiere Plus
These large suites feature an adjoining sitting area to the bedroom, with private ensuite. Extensive cabinetry with fridge and TV. Direct access from the suite to external gardens. The suite enjoys either north/south-west or west/north-west and enjoy an abundance of light from dual aspect windows/sliding door.

On the 14th of February, residents at Arcare Balnarring were treated to a lunch date of luxury to celebrate Valentine’s Day.
It’s the bane of brands and media buyers around the world over. Getting eyes on traditional forms of advertising in communities that are hard to reach. It was a dilemma aged-care provider Arcare needed to overcome.
Arcare communities across Australia showcased their talent, creativity, and individual flare in Arcare’s third annual Card Art competition. Residents from across Arcare’s 47 aged care residences in New South Wales, Queensland, and Victoria, were encouraged to create original card designs to be included in Arcare’s greeting card range for 2022-2023.
To celebrate Aged Care Employee Day, Arcare Aged Care hosted events across their 47 aged care residences in New South Wales, Queensland and Victoria by recognising long service team members and announcing the inaugural Star Awards nominations.
Arcare residents and team members around Australia celebrated Mother's Day with a touch of pink, a dose of pampering and some motherly advice to share.
To kick off the AFL season, the Arcare Balnarring community were recently treated to a visit from AFL Carlton player, Liam Stocker. The Carlton defender kindly volunteered to do a meet and greet with the Arcare Balnarring residents, after his grandfather, Alfred moved into the aged care residence in February.
