Dedicated Staff Assignment
Our relationship-focused approach to celebrating and supporting old age is not only unique to Arcare, it’s also considered by aged care experts globally to be at the forefront of elder-care.
One of the most important ways of supporting the development of these relationships is our internationally recognised Dedicated Staff Assignment, which we won a 2015 Better Practice Award from the Australian Aged Quality Agency.
Arcare’s Dedicated Staff Assignment involves all staff committing to work regular shifts with exactly the same small group of residents every time they come to work.
About Arcare
Arcare has ten aged care residences throughout the Sunshine Coast, Brisbane and Gold Coast. We also operate a home care division, which provides transport, domestic, social and disability support services, as well as home care packages.
Classic Suite
The Classic category offers well-presented suites with large windows allowing pleasant natural light.
Suites are either east-facing or west-facing. All have a private ensuite.

Grande Suites
Grande suites are available with all aspects, are spacious and elegantly appointed. Ground floor
suites have direct access to a courtyard or garden area. First floor suites have Juliette balconies. All
have a private ensuite.

The Arcare Noosa Pet Parade returned for its second year with residents and pups enjoying the annual ‘Dog Walk’ and patting sessions. Afterwards, attendees stayed for ‘Puppy Hour’ for drinks and treats with residents, family, team members and their furry friends.
To celebrate Aged Care Employee Day, Arcare Aged Care hosted events across their 47 aged care residences in New South Wales, Queensland and Victoria by recognising long service team members and announcing the inaugural Star Awards nominations.
Paws, Applause and ‘Pup Walks’ were seen at Arcare Noosa aged care residence as they held their first ever Pet Parade for the residents, family, and team members to enjoy. 15 pups were invited to walk down the ‘Dog Walk’ and they each received a certificate of participation from resident Yvonne and a bag of special treats from resident Carolyn.

On 18th January, the Arcare Noosa community celebrated their one-year anniversary since opening in January 2021. Residents, families and team members gathered for an intimate celebration with decorations, cake, and speeches from team members.
Welcome to Arcare's newest aged care residence in the Sunshine Coast, Arcare Noosa. On 18 January 2021, Arcare Noosa welcomed the first resident, 80-year-old Avdo Tabakovic to the community. Avdo was joined by his wife, Anna Tabakovic and their daughter Senka.
Aged care residents in Arcare Noosa will be enjoying life to its fullest. Residents can expect to experience fortnightly spa treatments in the wellness centre, watch Gold Class movies in the theatre and enjoy a cup of barista-made coffee in the on-site café.
