Our staff are dedicated to making sure you or your loved one feels at home and that you continue to do the things which bring you joy. Some of the features loved by residents include the on-site hairdressing salon, the chapel and private transport.

Set against a backdrop of established trees and nestled along the Canning River in Wilson, Castledare Village is a peaceful and caring community in which to make your home. With beautiful gardens, walkways, and courtyards in which to sit and enjoy the sunshine and chat with other residents, family and friends.
The team at Castledare will encourage you to stay connected to the people, activities or hobbies that you’ve always loved. Friends and family are welcome to visit for tea, coffee or a meal with you at any time.
Our care model, Care with Purpose, is an innovative practice which focuses on fostering you or your loved one to live as much as possible, an independent lifestyle, and to remain active and fulfilled. This encourages a feeling of belonging within the Castledare community and a greater sense of self-worth.
This residence comprises four houses with 73 private rooms. One of the houses is dedicated to dementia care, it’s a secure, safe and friendly environment. The team are loving and respectful to all of our residents.
The on-site chapel hosts Catholic mass and other religious services, and our pastoral care team is there for you and your family should you wish. Our lifestyle Coordinator puts together an interesting and varied activity calendar, giving you the opportunity to go on trips and do the things that bring you joy.

Catholic Homes has shared the wonderful news that Associate Professor Rosanna Capolingua, a valued member of the Catholic Homes Board, has been honoured with the prestigious Member of the Order of Australia in the 2023 King's Birthday Honours. This esteemed recognition was announced by the Honorable David Hurley, the Governor-General of Australia, in acknowledgment of Prof Capolingua's exceptional contributions to patient care, medicine, and her inspiring role as a female leader.
