Comprising 85 rooms and one couple’s suite, all bedrooms are equipped with multi-media and the latest nurse call technology. Quiet and active spaces throughout encourages our residents to live their life with joy, love and companionship.
Services and Facilities
After a major redevelopment, St Vincent’s presents a contemporary approach to aged care, shifting away from the traditional care model. The new residence is architecturally designed, offering high-end living, embracing the latest in technology with a contemporary and spacious feel. Sitting on the banks of the Swan River in Guildford the two-storey residence comprises 85 singles rooms and one couple’s suite.
Sympathetically designed to sit thoughtfully within the natural environment, the interior details and finishes were developed by industry experts. Large windows invite the outside in with many of our rooms offering Swan River or native bushland views.
Our bedrooms and lounge areas are equipped with multi-media technology such as wi-fi and flat screen, smart TVs. Our bedrooms all have individual temperature control for your and your visitors’ comfort. There’re many living areas to relax in, including large lounges, libraries and dining areas as well as internal courtyards and commissioned public artworks in the gardens.
The heritage listed Bebo Moro homestead has been beautifully restored to its former glory and houses our Day Therapy Centre, where our gym, GP, communal lounge, pastoral care office and physiotherapy and podiatry rooms are located.
Our onsite chef prepares daily meals in our state-of-the-art main kitchen. Meals are presented as a buffet service so you can choose what you’d like to eat each day.
