Home Care Packages

We’re here to support you in any way that best suits you. We’re pleased to help guide you through our range of services to ensure you’re totally happy and comfortable with your choices. We’re also more than happy to make changes to your services, we’re very flexible.
Private Services
Open to everyone, with a focus on your choice and needs our Private Services involves one-on-one support from a member of our caring and respectful team.
There’s lots of options to choose from, for example we can accompany you on visits to friends or family, take you to lunch at your favourite restaurant, or to a family gathering like a wedding or birthday party.
Health and Wellness Programs
Our health and wellness approach is to focus on your abilities rather than disabilities.
We encourage everyone to do as much as they can, by way of everyday tasks, for themselves and we’ll support you with reablement training for those jobs which’ve become difficult to do. Our team of health professionals including registered nurses, podiatrists, physiotherapists, and occupational therapists are available to support you at home.
Short Term Restorative Care
Our wish is for you to be able to live happily and healthily and to be able to choose what you want to do and where you want to do it.
These services will help you to achieve just that. Our team of health care professionals and home care team will assist in improving your ability to accomplish everyday tasks and allow you to remain independent.
Day Therapy Centre
Your health and wellbeing are at the heart of the care provided by our team of friendly allied health professionals and specialist facilitators at our Day Therapy Centre located at the beautiful new St Vincent’s residence in Guildford.

Transport Services
We take the worry out of getting to appointments, activities and shopping. For short or long trips, our transport service can get you to where you want to be.
Our friendly team can connect you to local services who know the town and will get you out and about. And all our entry level care and community support services are subsidised by the Government and are very affordable.

Meet Catholic Homes’ Home Care client, Russell Decke (JP), a former senior hotel manager whose unwavering passion for ancient Egypt has endured for nearly seven decades. Since he stumbled upon this captivating world in a library at the tender age of five, Russell's fascination with the costumes and statues of ancient Egypt has only grown stronger.
Catholic Homes has shared the wonderful news that Associate Professor Rosanna Capolingua, a valued member of the Catholic Homes Board, has been honoured with the prestigious Member of the Order of Australia in the 2023 King's Birthday Honours. This esteemed recognition was announced by the Honorable David Hurley, the Governor-General of Australia, in acknowledgment of Prof Capolingua's exceptional contributions to patient care, medicine, and her inspiring role as a female leader.
Catholic Homes' Day Therapy Centre, language/culture and entry-level home care services has a new team leader in experienced community care practitioner Peter White, who joined the team in May.
Aged care services in Perth's East Metropolitan region have received a boost with a new program aimed at culturally and linguistically diverse clients. The new program is based at Catholic Homes’ Day Therapy Centre within its new St Vincent’s facility at Swan Street West in Guildford.
