Our team is passionate about doing whatever we can to empower your loved one to maintain their independence as much as possible.

The types of support available through a Home Care Package include help with housework, personal care, respite, meals and food preparation, transport, shopping, allied health, social support and more.
Our carers get to know you and you’ll get to know them, so you won’t feel like there’s a stranger in your own home.

Respite services are also available, which provides short-term support so carers can have a break from their caring role. Each of our respite services are flexible, to meet the needs of the carer and the person being cared for. We also offer emergency respite for when unforeseen events arise.

HammondCare’s trained and experienced Care Workers can look after the person needing care in their own home or in one of our respite cottages.
