HammondCare offers a range of services for older people who cannot live independently at home and require residential or dementia care in a residential facility. HammondCare recognises that each resident has different needs and strives to meet individual needs with creativity and wisdom.

Our Residential Aged Care facilities at our Hammondville campus include:
Bond House  In addition to personal and nursing care, Bond House provides residents with a range of services to help them maintain and develop their spiritual, physical and social wellbeing. Services available to residents include access to allied health professionals, hairdressers, pastoral care, counselling, communal lounges, dining, television and sun rooms, laundry service and outings and other recreational activities. Bond House is equipped by staff whose warmth and professionalism ensure the dignity and respect of every resident.

Southwood and Harding - dementia-specific homes consisting of self-contained cottages. Unique to Southwood is a Special Care Unit, a cottage dedicated to caring for older people with dementia who have severe and challenging behaviours. This Special Care Unit at Southwood is one of only two such facilities in New South Wales. Southwood is distinctly different from most homes, designed to enable domestic as opposed to institutional living. The building design promotes dignity, self-esteem and autonomy. Small, domestic, and familiar environments have been designed to give residents a sense that they are known, respected and belong. Security is unobtrusive with an emphasis on safe spacious areas that allow a sense of freedom. In addition to personal and nursing care, Southwood provides residents with a range of services to help them maintain and develop their spiritual, physical and social wellbeing. Services available to residents include access to allied health professionals, hairdressers, pastoral care, counselling, communal lounges, dining, television and sun rooms, laundry service and outings and other recreational activities.

The Meadows - a dementia specific home divided into small, home-like cottages. These cottages are different to most homes and are designed to enable domestic as opposed to institutional living, promoting dignity, self-esteem and autonomy. Each separate small cottage is a real home with all of its elements – kitchen, laundry, living room, garden – and functions as a home that reflects the personality and history of each resident.

The Pines - a dementia specific home divided into small, home-like cottages. These cottages are different to most homes, designed to enable domestic as opposed to institutional living, promoting dignity, self-esteem and autonomy. Each separate small cottage is a real home with all of its elements – kitchen, laundry, living room, garden – and functions as a home that reflects the personality and history of each resident.
