Part of Carinity Aged Care
Carinity Brookfield Green is now open, offering a state-of-the-art aged care community. Nestled in native bushland in Brisbane’s west, residents will experience the best in care with a range of facilities and organised activities. Our aim is to help residents maintain strong vitality, encourage independence where able and remain socially engaged.
The site offers permanent residential, dementia specific and respite care.
On-site facilities include community rooms, hairdressing salon, café, private dining – available for families to hire for special events, plus delicious food as provided by the on-site chef. Local shops and medical centres are also easily accessible from the facility.
There is a welcoming chapel that hosts church services every Sunday morning and regular chaplaincy support throughout the week. The residents are also able to enjoy casual BBQ facilities and walking paths through manicured gardens. The environment provides a safe outdoor sanctuary for residents of the dementia care unit.
