Helping Hand Copperhouse Court is a cosy and comfortable aged care home, located in Whyalla, close to local shops, cafes, restaurants, and other local amenities. 24-hour care and accommodation is provided for 56 residents. 

All rooms are single with a private ensuite, with accommodation options also available for couples. Each room features electric beds, built-in wardrobes, lockable storage, wide doors, nurse call system and individually controlled air-conditioning. Residents are encouraged to personalise their rooms with items that are special to them.

The dedicated memory support (dementia) unit has been designed to assist those living with dementia with specialised support and care.

Helping Hand Copperhouse Court provides quality home style cooking with much of the produce used in each meal sourced locally.

Tailored care, lifestyle, health and nutrition programs are created with residents when they move in to Copperhouse Court and are reviewed often to ensure residents have the best quality of life.

A comprehensive and diverse lifestyle program is offered to all residents with activities including music concerts, slide nights, craft afternoons, bingo and movie screenings.

  • Spam Content: Please no spam. Reviews should be a genuine reflection of your experience with an aged care provider. Do not include promotional content or advertising in any form. Duplicate material will not be accepted.

Helping Hand Achieves Inclusive Employer Status, Exceeding National Benchmark

In October 2022, Helping Hand were awarded Inclusive Employer status by the Diversity Council of Australia. 119 staff took part in the survey. According to the Diversity Council of Australia (DCA), everyone benefits when an organisation takes action to create a more diverse and inclusive workplace.
