Helping Hand’s Lealholme aged care home in Port Pirie offers two residential care sites, supporting clients with both low and high care needs, as well as a secure environment catering for people with dementia.
The Halliday Street home offers accommodation for 75 residents including a number of double rooms for couples. The Senate Road home offers accommodation for up to 24 residents. Respite care may be available at either site upon enquiry.
At Helping Hand, independence is encouraged in maintaining day to day skills, however as increased help is required, staff will tailor services specific to your needs.

Helping Hand Lealholme in Port Pirie have created their very own Wishing Well. Residents can place wishes in the well and every two months, at resident meetings, one wish is drawn out.
