mecwacare - Home and Community Care South West Region (includes Ballarat and Ballan) is based in Ballarat and provides a variety of in-home nursing and care to people throughout the region. 

These services are available to clients of all ages and abilities, including older people, those with illnesses (such as multiple sclerosis or dementia) and healthy people with an acquired brain injury or an intellectual disability. The aim of these services is to ensure clients remain in their own homes for as long as they wish. All care is individually tailored to meet the needs of each client – changes can be made as needed.
