The Bailly is a small, friendly Retirement Village consisting of 12 units located near the township of Orange.

Formerly known as St Vincent's Home, the residential aged community was officially opened as Ozanam Villa in 1980 by the Hon A J MacKenzie MP, Member for Calare and blessed by Reverend Albert Thomas, Bishop of Bathurst.
