With the assistance of staff at Catholic Healthcare’s St Hedwig Village Aged Care in Blacktown, resident Hellmut Schroeder has reconnected with his long-lost sister and children in Germany.
Residents from St Hedwig Village Residential Aged Care in Blacktown had one excursion in mind for their MyWish. They decided to visit the Monet & Friends Exhibition on show at the Royal Hall of Industries in Moore Park, and afterwards enjoy lunch at Fratelli Fresh in the Entertainment Quarter.
Joseph Telicki moved into St Hedwig Village in December 2018 and thanks to his talent and passion for painting, has become known as the artist in residence.
