The home features a mix of carpeted and vinyl flooring in bedrooms, built in wardrobes as standard, air conditioning and hydronic heating, Nurse Call to all rooms including ensuites, personal mobility aids built into every room. In addition 30 rooms have wall mounted TVs. Room size excluding ensuites 22m2.
