The Heights not only offers traditional residential aged care, but a range of apartment-style living options including single rooms, suites and apartments. This enables couples to remain living together when they require aged care. A choice of outdoor areas, combined with open living spaces, gives our home an inviting and sociable atmosphere. You and your family are also welcome to enjoy the sunny courtyards, private dining room and BBQ facilities.

Located in our reception area, our fully-equipped café is the perfect settings to enjoy a complimentary coffee with your guests. You can also entertain family and friends in the luxury surrounding of our private dining room. The team in our hair salon is here to make sure you are always looking your best and our state-of-the-art gym is a great place to work on your strength and agility.
In our specially designed memory support environment, our highly trained team applies an innovative approach to meeting the needs of people living with dementia. The Heights also offers respite care as an alternative to full-time residential care.

The Heights offers respite care in both our mainstream and memory support areas as an alternative to permanent care. The level of room available for your respite stay will be dependent upon availability. Our rooms incorporate up-to-the-minute features to ensure your safety and comfort; including wall-mounted televisions, Foxtel and telephone connections (service fees may apply), power points, emergency call buttons, PIN coded safes, height-adjustable beds and bedside tables. For your peace of mind, The Heights is secured by a state-of-the-art security system, and all common areas are monitored by CCTV.
Our classic rooms offer single-bed accommodation with a private ensuite. All rooms include interior-designed furnishings, carpeted flooring and window dressings. They also feature a fully air-conditioned and heated combined living and bedroom area flooded by natural light and modern recessed lighting. Residents of our standard rooms enjoy the home comforts of a built-in wardrobe, wall-mounted television, and ample cupboard space; a spacious, modern and private ensuite bathroom with a built-in vanity unit, easy-access shower and toilet; plus access to a choice of shared indoor and outdoor living areas. Some of our classic rooms also boast a kitchenette including a sink, refrigerator, and additional cupboard space. TLC CEO Lou Pascuzzi has announced today there is no reason aged care homes cannot provide 24/7 nursing staff to care for their residents. “We certainly didn’t have to wait for a Royal Commission to tell us we needed 24/7 registered nursing staff. We’ve had Registered Nurses (RN’s) on staff 24/7 since the inception of the company. We see it as being clinically necessary when providing this level of care to our residents."
Melbourne-based aged care provider, TLC Aged Care, has announced that all visitors to their aged care homes will be required to take a rapid COVID-19 test and return a negative result before entry.
TLC Aged Care is the first residential aged care provider of its size to complete the vaccination of their 1,500 residents, and 2,000 staff and contractors against COVID-19.
